You’ll also need someone to manage your social media as it is very unlikely you as the business owner will have the time to fully manage the posts and responses you will be obligated to respond to. The person doing this will need to understand your business and have contact with the business owner, the marketing team, the sales team, the support team…you see where we’re going with this. There are many different questions and statements made by customers and prospects and you need to be available to respond in a timely manner.

Twitter also offers a feedback system that your customers can use (not quite as popular as Facebook and Google. Its a double edged sword though.
